My name is Shelley , I am a cook at the residence where Theresa lived. I only knew Theresa for about a year but I must say , she was one hell of a lady. She always brought a smile to my face no matter what , I could be in the saddest mood and she would say , shelley you not not have to be sad, you pretty lady you no smile you face wrinkle, and I would start laughing , and she would say see, no more sad, you smile nuttin to be sad about, I am 106 year old you talk about sad oye.
She was a total trip , everyday I worked she brought a new light to my day, I thank her family for giving me the chance to know her, and the chance to learn from her , she was known to me a short time , but will be remembered for much longer.all i can say is:
My dear Theresa you will be missed , from your demanding of attention to your known tenderness, your kindness and smile , you shared everyday, will be missed by me at least , in every way. You had a way about you that lit up the room, when you came to your table , you lightened the gloom.
So my lady ,Our Lord has said ,it's time you come home to me, and rest , watch over all of those you care for , your loved ones , family , you will be there for them forever watching for every magic moment in every one of their lives. They will know that Nanna Theresa will be there with them always.
