Passed away on July 18, 2019 at the age of 55. Beloved mother of Chris (Jennifer) Furtado, Kevin (Brooke Hawkrigg) Furtado and Samantha Furtado. Dear sister of Filomena Medeiros Furtado and Francisco Furtado, Harrow, Fatima Maria Medeiros and Joao Costa, Portugal, the late Jose Maria Medeiros, Portugal. Predeceased by her parents Joao and Maria Estrela (Santos) Mederios. Loving grandmother of Meigha, Lily, Hadley, Keeagan and Brienna. Resting at Gerald A. Smith Funeral Home 197 King St. W. Harrow. Visitation Tuesday July 23, 2019 from 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Family and friends are invited to meet on Wednesday July 24, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Anthony of Padua Church 120 Munger St. W.
