Obituary of Walter Joseph Gritke

GRITKE, Walter 95 years on March 10, 2020. Walt passed away with a smile on his face surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of the late Beulah (Jubenville) (2012). Loving father of Gary Gritke (Tina), Denis (Tracy) Gritke. Loving grandpa of Jenifer (Chris), Ronie, and Tera (Carmen). Loving great grandpa of Hunter, Jacob and Brayden. Predeceased by his brother Alfred. Dear brother-in-law of Eva Jubenville and the late Irene Gritke. Lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Walt was a member of K of C Council 5350 and was retired from Chrysler Canada with 25 years of service. Resting at Gerald A. Smith Funeral Home 197 King St. W. Harrow. Visitation Thursday, March 12, 2020, 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Family and friends will meet at St. Anthony of Padua Church 120 Munger St. W. Harrow on Friday, March 13, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. with Fr. Rick Janisse officiating. Interment at Colchester Memorial Cemetery.
