HERNIMAN, William Richard

79 years on Friday September 25, 2020 peacefully surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Lois (Iler). Loving father of Susan and Paul Melillo. Loving grandpa of Mya. Dear brother of the late Ronald 1985 (Lucy) Herniman, Robert (late Kathi 2012) Herniman. Dear brother-in-law of the late Janet 2017 (Elwin) McLean, Maxine Smith and Douglas (Karen) Iler. Also remembered by many nieces and nephews. Richard was a member of Teamsters 880 for 20 years. He was also a member of Unifor 444 and worked for Chrysler Canada for 23 years, retiring from Chrysler Transportation in 2006. A private family visitation and funeral service were held at Gerald A. Smith Funeral Home 197 King St. W. Harrow. Interment Colchester Memorial Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Hospice Residential Home, Erie Shores or the charity of your choice.
