FABOK, John Alan With great sadness the family announces the passing of John at the age of 70 years, in the early morning hours of September 4, 2014 at the St. Clair Memorial Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA after a short battle with cardiac complications. John will be greatly missed by his extended family and friends. Beloved son of and Anne (Cincurak) and the late John (1998). Loving brother of Caroline (Eric) Pertsch, Thornhill, ON. Loving uncle of Jennifer (Jason), Jillian (Jon), Geoffrey (Anne Marie), Zachary, Emma, Nicholas, Julia, Lauren, Olivia and Emily. Dear nephew of Julie Fabok. Visitation at Gerald A. Smith Funeral Home 197 King St. W. Harrow, on Friday September 12, 2014 from 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday September 13, 2014 at 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home chapel.
