Passed away peacefully September 14, 2021 at the age of 93. Beloved husband of the late Isabel Helen (Brien) 2020. Loving father of Patricia Fraba (Brian Haley), Susan Fraba (Mark Simpson), Todd (Michelle) Fraba. Proud papa of Benjamin (Genevieve), Daniel (Laura) Brandes and great grandson Peter. Dear brother of Doug (the late Linda) Fraba. Harold owned and worked alongside his wife Isabel and family for many years at Janette Florist in Windsor.
