RIEDIGER, Harry

94 years.  Passed away October 12, 2021 Beloved husband of 71 years to the late Margaret (Rempel) 2020. Loving father of Rick (Betty) Riediger, Susan (Henry) Boon, Randy (Cheryl) Riediger, and the late Cynthia (2010). Loving grandpa of Scott (Jill), Peter (Meghan), Allie (Rob), late Ryan, Jason (Jill), Sammi, Lukas, Megan, Erin and great grandchildren Jaxon, Josslyn, Zachary, Cameron, Abigail, one soon to arrive and the late Celeste. Dear brother of Peter (Helen) Riediger, Vera Rhine and the late Elsa. Predeceased by his sister-in-law Gisela, brothers-in-law Ernest, Harry, Siegfried and Paul. Harry retired from Ontario Hydro in 1983 with 32 years of service. Harry spent many years in his retirement serving his community and he was the original reduce, reuse and recycle man. He was a charter member of the Harrow Kinsmen Club and a scout leader for 32 years. Masks and RSVP’s are required for visitation. You may RSVP at www.geraldasmith.ca Visitation will be held on Friday October 15, 2021 from 2:00 -4:00 p.m. and 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. A private family service will be held at the Harrow Mennonite Church. Cremation to follow with interment of ashes at Colchester Memorial Cemetery.
