LENEHAN, Michael

Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on May 18, 2022 at the age of 70. Loving husband of Cheryl (Soanes). Loving father of Sean (Sue) and Patrick (Nancy). Proud grandpa of Brynden, McKinley, Quinn, Liam, Aidan, Ashton and Grayson. Cherished son of Bea (Heine) and the late Arthur Lenehan. Dear brother of Mark (Gail) Lenehan and Ruth (Bernie) Hebert. Dear brother in law of Terry (Lisa) Soanes, Marilyn (Richard) Poole and Cathy (Gary) Williams. Also remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends. Michael was a Windsor Police Officer for 27 years, retiring in 1994 and was a Level 1 Instructor at Alymer Police College. Cremation has taken place. A memorial visitation will be held on Thursday May 26, 2022 from 3:00 – 8:00 p.m. with a commemorative service at 5:30 p.m. at Beach Grove Golf and Country Club; all are welcome to celebrate Mike's life. Memorial donations may be made to Erie Shores Hospice Residential Home. Arrangements entrusted to Gerald A. Smith Funeral Home 197 King St. W Harrow, ON.
