BOULTON, John Charles

Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on March 14, 2023 at the age of 88. Beloved husband of 62 years to the late Donna (nee Skinner). Cherished father of Rick (Roxanne), David (Michelle), Michael (Margaret), Shelley (Ken) and the late Jeffery (1992) and late Terrance (1958). Loving grandpa of Danielle (Boh), Kelly (Stu), Lindsay, Kristie (Dan), Darin (Ali), Kyra, Tori, Andrew, Brianne (Jake), Jillian, Dylan, Lilly, Lizzy and Emma. Dear great grandpa of Mikayla, Olivia, Andee, Jake, Aaliyah, Jermaine Jr., Selena, Avaree, Logan, Kyarra, Lorelei, Keegan, Chase and Jase. Only son of late Charles (2005) and Dorothy (2010) Boulton. Loving brother of Golda (Pat) Lounsbury and the late Margaret 2016 (Art) Heaton. Born in Swindon, England and came over to Canada at the age of 4 in 1939. He settled in the area with his mom, dad and two sisters. He met his first and only love Donna and married in 1955, they had 5 boys and one girl and lived in Colchester South. Dad was a foreman at the Harrow Research Station and retired in 1990. He and Donna loved traveling to many parts of the world together. Visitation will be held at Gerald A. Smith Funeral Home 197 King St. W. Harrow on Monday March 20, 2023 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. A service to celebrate John's life will be held on Tuesday March 21, 2023 at Christ Church 190 Bagot St. Colchester at 11:00 a.m. Interment at Christ Church Cemetery.
