Passed away on May 7, 2023 at the age of 92. Predeceased by his wife Beverly (2000) and former spouse Margaret (2023). Special friend of Adelheid "Heidy" Schumacher. Loving father of Barbara Jaques (Steve), Donna Jaques and Suzanne (Paul) Tobin. Loving grandfather of Mackenzie Kilpatrick (Michelle), Shane Kilpatrick (Ashley), Madeline Tobin (Mike) and Allison Tobin. Loving great grandfather of Cooper MacNeil. Predeceased by siblings John (Harriet) Jaques, Susan (Allen) Cook, Elizabeth (William) Winegard Margaret (Harold) Nickel and Spence (Tilley) Jaques. Also remembered by many nieces and nephews. Robert retired after 37 years as a Doctor and Research Scientist at research stations in Kentville NS and Harrow ON. Robert was a Rotarian in Harrow and a former member of St. Andrew's Church, Harrow and the Church of Epiphany, Kingsville. Visitation will be held at Gerald A. Smith Funeral Home 197 King St. W. Harrow on Friday May 12, 2023 from 10:00a.m. until a time of service at 11:00 a.m. Memorial donations may be made to St. Andrew's Church or the Church of Epiphany.
