To the Seltzer Family –
Please accept my deepest sympathy in the loss of Lois. We grew up together on Church Street in Stratford. Such happy memories! As well, our parents were very close friends. Of course, I also knew Gord. Over the past several years I’ve thought of Lois so often. (I only learned of her death yesterday from her cousin, Marilyn.) Do know my caring thoughts are with you.
Peace . . . Norma (Dunn) Clare London

I am very sorry to hear of Lois’ passing. She was my mother’s very best friend, and the two of them were there for one another all through their friendship. I had the great pleasure of of being in Lois’ company many times during her visits to Mom, and she always had a funny story or good advice to share. Her great love and pride of her family was in every conversation. I know she will be forever remembered by many, including me.

So sad to hear of Lois' passing. She was a wonderful woman and someone that my Mom, Maisie Orchard called her best friend. The Seltzers were our neighbours for years and their whole family were our friends. Lois was a friend to many and like a 2nd mom to us Orchard kids in our early years. I hope all the wonderful memories you have of Lois will help to heal your hearts. Hugs to all the Seltzers"

I first met Lois through our husbands working together at Merchant’s Delivery in Stratford, that was in 1949. Over 70 years have paced since then, when we couldn’t get together we always stayed in contact. My deepest sympathies to her loved ones, I share your loss.

Dear Seltzer family, so very sorry to hear of Lois passing. Sitting hear here remembering all the good times our families together at the cottage. Time has passed so fast over the years. Always enjoyed talking to your Mom over the phone. I hadn’t heard that she had moved from Stratford and wondered why she didn’t answer the phone when I called. She is now with my Mom nd Dad and your Dad. Love to all I’m the anonymous one don’t know why they didn’t add my name. Take care Sandra

My deepest sympathies to Lois’s family and friends. She was another mom to my sisters and I. Many good times together over so many years. She was loved so much and will be dearly missed. She is back in the arms of her Gord now and in the company of my mom and dad laughing and remembering all the good times shared.
