Colleen - I was so sorry to hear of you losing Ralph. When I sat with him in October for a visit, I let him know how he impacted me as a girl growing up in Harrow. Sometimes its comforting to know how your loved ones impacted others......
As a coach, Ralph taught me to reach for more and to work hard to excel....
As a boss, Ralph taught me to do things right the first time, and showed me appreciation for hard work....
We also had a good laugh about the war with the girls from Belle River and Essex.....he taught us true sportsmanship.
He marked his time in Harrow with such a huge contribution to the community, I'm sure you were proud to have him as your father.
I'm thinking of Ralph at a family reunion and you sorrounded by your own family.

Great coach and more than that, you could always go to him with a problem and his office door was always open for you, i remember one of my friends dying his hair blond over a weekend and when the coach entered the gym and began talking to us, he stopped and left, only to return wearing sunglasses, broke us all up, RIP Coach

I had the privilege to have Ralph as a teacher, a coach and a boss (although I guess the snack bar in Cedar Creek was mostly Monica's?). In all those roles,he was always patient, supportive and encouraging - he will be missed.

We are sorry for your loss. We met Ralph when he came to Kingsville Golf as General Manager. Ralph was a fine gentleman and guided Kingsville through many successful years. He will be in our thoughts and we will miss him.

RIP "coach"....respected teacher and coach of many teams at harrow high. I recall how he kept gym open after school hrs. for us to practice many sports.We could not find coach for towns junior baseball team one yr so we asked ralph and he gaves us his time and guided us to a winning season.
