My sincere condolences on the passing of Mr. Balog. There is a group in Germany who put together a very nice booklet every year on the history of Hodod/Hadad/Kriegsdorf, Hungary/Romania. They are very interested in the diaspora of this little village. If Mr. Balog was born there, may I send his obituary to them for inclusion in their next booklet? Please email me at smjhunter@gmail.com. My mom was born in Hodod and just passed away in September. They likely knew each other as children.
