Obituary of Joseph Balog

Life Legacy 93 years, June 16, 2016. Predeceased by his loving wife Julia (Szakacs) (2014). Beloved father of Ann and Jack Pretli, LaSalle, Joseph and Diane Balog, Ancaster. Dear grandfather of Rick, Randy, Rob (Shannon), Stephanie (Dan) and Adam. Loving great grandfather of Natasia (John), Erin, Kaitlyn, Nicholas, Amelia and Kyla. Predeceased by his brother Alex Somogyi. Also remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation will be held at Gerald A. Smith Funeral Home 197 King St. W. Harrow on Sunday June 19, 2016 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A service to Celebrate Joseph's life will be held on Monday June 20, 2016 where family and friends will meet at 10:30 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Monika Bereczki-Farkas officiating. Interment at Colchester Memorial Cemetery.
