My former Windsor neighbour Joanne Quimby was a very kind and devoted friend, nurse, mother and wife. My sincerest heartfelt sympathy to Peter and family. I am unable to attend visitation due to my own health confinement. Know that I am thinking of all of you at this very sad time.
