Obituary of E. Pilbeam

93 years. Passed away September 25, 2008 at Royal Oak LTC in Kingsville, formerly of Harrow. Predeceased by her husband James (Jim) (1977). Beloved mother of Shirley and Lorne Brown, Joan and Claire Beaudoin, Carole and Horst Treulieb. Loving grandmother of 12 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren and 15 great great grandchildren. Dear sister of Ruth Eves and sister-in-law of Annie Betts. Predeceased by her brother Victor Betts and brother-in-law Kitchener Eves. She will be sadly missed by her nieces and nephews. Marion worked for several years at Pillsbury-Green Giant in Tecumseh. Marion was a 60 year member of the Thistle Rebekah Lodge #194 Harrow. Visitation at Gerald A. Smith Funeral Home 197 King St. W. Harrow Saturday from 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Sunday from 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Thistle Rebekah Lodge #194 Service Saturday at 3:00 p.m. A service to celebrate Marions life will be held at St. Andrews Anglican Church on Monday September 29, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Christine Downey officiating. Interment at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. Memorial donations to be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or Windsor Regional Cancer Centre. Due to a severe allergy in the family, please refrain from using any perfumes or colognes during the visitation and funeral service. Thank you.
