Obituary of Wasyl Szmyrko

84 years. February 8, 2009. Late of Harrow. Beloved husband of 54 years to RoseMarie (Brylinski). Loving dad of Victoria and Bohdan Sybydlo, Catherine and Nicholas Schulde, Mississauga and William Szmyrko, Harrow. Loving Dido of Bohdan Jr., Stephanie and Michael. Predeceased by his sister Anna Chubakowska. Wasyl formerly owned and operated the Golden Hotel in Tecumseh with his wife RoseMarie, he was a longstanding parishioner for 57 years of Sts. Vladimir and Olga Ukrainian Catholic Church. Wasyl was an active member of the Ukrainian Youth Association. At Wasyls request cremation has taken place, a private memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be made by cheque to the Sts.
