69 years. Passed away February 15, 2011. Late of Harrow. Son of the late Garland and Evelyn Barrows, Essex. Survived by his wife Jocelyn Barrows and his children Tara Barrows and Jonathan Barrows all of Toronto. Brother of Rev. David and Peggy Barrows, Brandon, MB and the late Diana Barrows (1946). Uncle of Scott (Nicole) Barrows, Winnipeg, MB, Wendy (Mark) Smith, Regina SK, and Neil (Sheri) Barrows, Georgetown, ON. Joseph served as a lawyer with the Government of Ontario for over 25 years. Visitation at Gerald A. Smith Funeral Home 197 King St. W. Harrow, Thursday February 24, 2011 from 9:00 a.m. until the time of a memorial service at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Christine Downey officiating.
