Obituary of Walter Block

BLOCK, Walter 74 years, March 19, 2017. Loving father of Sarah Block, Windsor, Jessica Barlow, LaSalle. Beloved grandpa of Brandon and Emily. Also lovingly remembered by Kathie Block. Dear brother Bill Block, Harrow, Alfred Chaly, Windsor and the late Freida Janzen. Walt was a Millwright for 43 ½ years at Seagram's and retired in 2004. Visitation at Gerald A. Smith Funeral Home 197 King St. W. Harrow on Wednesday from 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. A celebration of Walt's life will be held on Thursday March 23, 2017 at 11:00 a.m at the Harrow Mennonite Church 3167 Walker Rd. Harrow, with Pastor Karen Sheil officiating. Cremation to follow. Memorial donations may be made by cheque to Meals on Wheels, Harrow or Harrow Mennonite Church.
