Devoted husband of Joann (Grant) for 48 years. Proud father of Tara Meyer (Heidi Umphery), Rebecca Robinson (Keith), Lana Meyer (Mike Jagatic) and Bryanne Blumenreder (Henry). Cherished Buppa of Ethan Robinson, Nolan Robinson, and Alzora Gall. Dear son of the late Robert and Marie Meyer, brother of the late Randy, brother of Judy Kiernan (Alan) and John (Joy). He will be missed by Brandon, many nieces and nephews, the descendants of Roy and Pearl Grant, many kind friends and professional colleagues whom he encountered in his Harrow accounting practice. Like many others in Harrow, Bryan believed that blessings should be passed on which motivated his service above self attitude so he spent a lifetime in service to his community and profession as President of the Public Accountants Council of Ontario, Secretary of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario, Chair of Leamington Memorial Hospital, a member with various roles of Leamington Hospital Foundation, Treasurer for Knights Templar Priory of the Ascension, Treasurer for Knights Templar Grand Priory of Canada, Master of King Edward Masonic Lodge Harrow, Life member of Royal Canadian Legion Branch 338, President of Harrow & Colchester South Chamber of Commerce, President and Treasurer of Harrow Rotary Club, Chair of Harrow Advisory Committee, Treasurer of Flood Relief Committee, Co Chair for Harrow Library Committee, Co chair for Harrow Cenotaph Committee, Co Chair for three Save Harrow High Campaigns, Chair of Community for Doctors, Co Chair for two Harrow High Reunions, Warden of St. Andrews Harrow and St. Albans Malden and as a fund-raiser for many causes. Visitation at Gerald A. Smith Funeral Home 197 King St. W. Harrow on Saturday from 7-9 p.m. and Sunday 2-5 & 7-9 p.m. PLEASE NOTE date of Service. Family and friends will meet on Tuesday September 26, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Andrew's Anglican Church 210 King St. E. Harrow for a Memorial Service to Celebrate Bryan's life at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Jon Forbes and The Venerable Ronald Matthewman officiating. Interment Christ Church Cemetery.
