Passed away on August 16, 2019 at the age of 80. Beloved husband of the late Barbara (Slater) (2007). Loving father of David Hill, Joanne (Paul) Miner, Shelley (John) Millson and Susan (Rick) Baes. Loving grandfather of 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Dear brother of Charles (Janice) Hill, Joyce (Gil) Ralston, Murray Hill (Crystal), Jean (Vic) Penner. Also remembered by many nieces and nephews. Dear friend of Betty Campbell. Visitation at Gerald A. Smith Funeral Home 197 King St. W. Harrow, Tuesday August 20, 2019, 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m.. A funeral service to celebrate John's life will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday August 21, 2019 11:00 a.m. Reverend Hilton Gomes officiating. Interment at Colchester Memorial Cemetery.
